Architectural Designer/Architect ( 4-8 yrs exp)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
Immigration Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Salary: Based on qualifications

Position Requirements and Description

Organizational Skills – Organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills are a must as we are a service profession and are successful only when we can meet our clients’ expectations for quality design and deadline management.
Client Focused – Our team members have an understanding that building relationships with clients and serving their needs defines how we work as designers & architects.
BIM Competency – Our office works almost exclusively in the BIM environment. Proficiency in BIM software, Revit or ArchiCad is a requirement.
Technical Foundation – This position requires experience with code research, specification review, detailing, document organization and quality review, and construction administration. The ability to execute design ideas and to ensure the fidelity of the design is paramount.
Communication – Great communication skills with an ability to comfortably interact with clients, consultants and contractors is a requirement for this position.
Licensure – At this time, the position does not require licensure, but a path to licensure should be underway. CCCA supports licensure and offers study materials, time off to take the exam and reimbursement upon successful passage of the exam.
